Hello there beautiful mama 💓


My name is Reagan Rios. I am a mother to two gorgeous boys and after years of my own deep healing story, I began to realize I wanted to help other's with their own. And now years later I consider myself a bit of a matriarchal medicine woman.


Compared to my first birth experience with an emergency c-section at 32 weeks, my 41 week long VBAC birth blew my mind wide open!


Even with all of my preparations for my second birth to avoid the trauma from my first, I was met with different challenges and surprises and ultimately still walked away with trauma.


The difference in my postpartum healing after my second though was huge because I had the tools to help me process so much more easily.


Now I want to share those tools with you and help you find your way through the fog so that you can process trauma, honor your past, and enjoy the present by letting go of what's taking up so much mental space and creating room for more peace and happiness, and really enjoying those baby snuggles and squishy cheeks.

Over the course of 2 months we’ll meet 6 times and here is what you

can expect from me:


  • a kid friendly space, always. I know how hard it can feel to try and make extra accommodations when it doesn't easily work out. So don’t feel like you can’t show up if your little ones are in and out during our time together.


  • Absolutely ZERO judgement. Your thoughts and feelings are SO valid. Trust you are safe to share whatever experiences and feelings that come up for you.


  • authenticity and vulnerability. Sometimes I'll show up lookin real cute and other times you'll be able to tell that I was up alllll night with my littles. You are welcome to show up HOWEVER you want. Polished or not. This space is not about perfection whatsoever. Just be you. You are enough right now :)

These sessions are where you and I get to dive into your personal experience and use body code, EFT tapping, guided mediation and guided womb massage to clear out trapped emotions, reframe beliefs, create space for connection to yourself, get coaching and ultimately help you feel really, really supported and nurtured in your healing journey. Each session runs 45-90 minutes.

  • EFT tapping is focused on breaking up stagnant energy in your body and helping you feel more safe through tapping gently on energy points on your body.


  • The Body Codeâ„¢ is a patented, revolutionary energy balancing system, intended to help you uncover root causes of discomfort, sickness, and suffering in body and spirit so you can find more balance and regulation. This work is done through applied kinesiology (muscle testing) and can be done virtually or in-person.
  • Womb Massage is a practice to help you feel connected back to your body again, which may also help to gently break up scar tissue from c-section incisions and scars.


  • Journaling is one of the ways that I learned what I sounded like again, after I lost myself to social media, comparison and society's unrealistic expectations.


  • Coaching and Reframing are incredible for mirroring back to you how incredibly capable you are, and also to feel validated, seen, heard, supported and loved.

All of these tools and methods can be used while you have kids in your lap, babies nursing, or alone when you want some space to yourself during nap time or after bedtime.

During your sessions I'll use a combination of these tools and methods with you. We'll explore what feels heavy and present for you and work through the tension and the stickiness of it all together. Having a space to talk freely is so valuable as a new, or seasoned, mother. Your thoughts and feelings are valid and you deserve to be witnessed in it all.


You don't have to do motherhood alone.

You get to explore the tools that can lead you to feeling safe enough to release the trauma that’s been keeping you from feeling connected to yourself, and possibly your little one(s) too, this way you have the mental and emotional space for yourself and your kids.
